When it comes to style and fashion I love everything about it. If you don’t already know I have a Youtube channel, which has a lot of fashion videos including my capsule wardrobe. Winter is one of my favourite seasons to style up, for me its all about layers and playing around with different textures and colours. I thought I would share with you some of my favourite winter styling pictures from Pinterest and my key winter pieces.
Chunky Knits
Chunky knits are my go to when it comes to winter styling, they are so easy to create an outfit with and keep you toasty and warm. I am always on the hunt for a knit jumper, you can never have too many. There are so many different styles and materials to choose from. I really want to invest is high end knitwear, as I feel they will last for longer with out bobbling and stretching. My favourite colours have to be navy, blush pink and the classic white knits.
Long lined Coats
I bought my first long lined coat last year and have become obsessed with it, I am now on the hunt for some more. I love how warm they are but they are also really stylish. There are so many different cuts and styles to choose from so there is definitely something for everyone. I currently have a gorgeous blush pink long lined coat with a double collar, which you can belt to define your waist. I can see myself wearing it in years to come, its just a staple in my wardrobe.
If you are looking for a classic timeless coat then grey, black, navy or even camel are great colours to choose from and you know they wont go out of fashion. I think if you are going to invest in one piece of clothing this time of the year, then it has to be a coat, its essential to keeping you warm and finishes any outfit.
Feel Cosy And Looking Stylish
I’m the sort of person who feels the cold so wearing cosy and warm clothes is essential for me during the winter. For me layering is the way I stay warm and look stylish. There are so many ways you can do this whether its a chunky knit under a bomber jacket or throwing a blanket scarf on underneath your coat. Just keep in mind what colours you are wearing, I like to keep my clothes quite neutral and then add a bit of colour through my scarf or my jeans.
A pair of shoes I really want to buy is over the knee boots, they looks gorgeous and are so versatile. You could easily wear them over a skinny pair of jeans or even with a dress. For me black is a very classic boot colour that would go with a variety of different outfits and seasons too.
Mixing in Colour
If your like me and tend to stick to greys, black and white clothing then adding a pop of colour to an outfit can be quite refreshing. You don’t have to go crazy, but a bit of colour will really stand out and go a long way. I love wearing my blush pink coat or my dark blue jeans to break up quite a neutral colour pallet. If you don’t like wearing a lot of colour in your clothing then why not add it in with a hat, scarf or even a bag.
I hope you enjoyed this different style of blog post and let me know what your favourite item of clothing is this winter. If you have any style/fashion posts you would like to see then let me know.
Have a lovely weekend!

Love this post!
I don’t have a big jumper because I feel like it looks ridiculous on me. And I’m getting super jealous seeing people tuck them in their jeans and there’s me who looks like I’ve put a pillow inside. Love this type of outfit so much, and I’m so sad I can’t pull it off :((

Thank you. That must be so annoying, you could always just do the same with a thinner knitted jumper, it will be a similar look just not as chunky. Just an idea x
I love this! Any chance you know where the last pinky jacket is from? I need it! xx
