I love Spring fashion, it’s definitely one of my favourite seasons to style. Recently I have purchased quite a few new pieces for my spring capsule wardrobe and I have really enjoyed styling them and mixing them into some fashion pieces I already own. I love seeing how other blogger style certain pieces in there wardrobe so I thought I would start a series where I show you how I style certain pieces in my wardrobe.
I thought I would start off with a new piece I brought from Zara and I’m completely obsessed with it. It’s the Zara Faux Suede Leather Jacket in Light Grey, which was a bargain at £25.99 as the quality is amazing. I have been on the hunt for a lightweight suede biker jacket for a while, as I think it is the perfect piece for Spring / Summer. I ended up doing a Zara shop and adding this to my basket, not knowing what it would be like, and I am so glad I picked it up.
I love how lightweight it is, making it sit really nicely even with the zip open, and it means you don’t get too hot it in. The polished chrome makes it so easy to style with a lot of the pieces in my wardrobe. I really like the attention to detail on this jacket, all the zips have been placed in a way to really flatter your body. This is definitely a cropped jacket but the buckle belt really helps to finish off the look and adds a edginess to the jacket, but you can also remove it if wanted.
I normally wouldn’t go for a cropped jacket but I love how it finishes at my waist and cuts me off at the perfect point. I think this jacket is so versatile and the grey means it will compliment any outfit I pair it with. It being lightweight means I can wear it on a cool spring day or in the evening on holiday, so many options to choose from.
As you can tell I am completely in love with this faux suede biker jacket and can’t wait to wear it a ton this Spring. Let me know what other key fashion pieces you would like me to write about. If you want to see this jacket in more detail then why not watch my last video New Spring Pieces and I will see you on Friday.
Have a lovely rest of your week!
