Spring Beauty Round-up

Spring is flying pasts and as I have taken a little break from blogging I feel I have missed most of the Spring related posts. Over the past couple of months I have been trying out a few new beauty products and kindling my love for some old favourites. I have also started taking some more time for myself and in the process realised how important some self care is.

Skincare

Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel is a cleanser I have been using for years and recently started using again. Towards the end of last year I decided to switch up my skincare routine and try a couple of different cleansers in the process. I recently started using the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel again and it’s now a staple in my skincare routine. I just don’t really think you can bet this product. It melts away your makeup leaving your skin feeling cleansed but hydrated. I also love the subtly scent and how luxurious it feels on your skin. I swear this cleanser also lasts forever, such good value for money.

From cleansers to moisturisers, my current obsession is the Sunday Riley Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream. I really like using moisturisers that are lightweight and hydrating, as my skin can become quite oily at times. This product has ticked all the boxes! This moisturiser is a mix between a gel and a lightweight cream, sinking into your skin quickly and not leaving a shiny look or overloaded with product. This product is packed full with hyaluronic acid, which means your skin is hydrated from within.

When my eyes need a little pamper I have recently been reaching for the Eye Revive FlashPatch Rejuvenating Eye Gels from Patchology. These eye gel masks are such a weird texture but they feel amazing under the eyes with a lovely cooling sensation. I like to use these when my eye area is looking really tired and dull, it’s amazing how much of a difference the eye masks makes.

Makeup

I haven’t been wearing much makeup recently but the one new purchase I just can’t put down is the Beauty Pie Uber Volume Boost Mascara. I like mascaras that add volume and definition to my lashes without any clumps. This mascara does all of that and the brush is just the right size, allowing you to coat all of your eye lashes evenly. I Just can’t get over how good this formula is and how amazing the price is when you are a member.

Body

It’s nice to treat yourself sometime with a more expensive body wash, it’s amazing how nice you feel after using them. One of my favourite body product brands is L’Occitane and I have recently been using there The Vert & Bigarage Shower Gel. I swear L’Occitane always seem to get there scents just right and great for Him & Her. I have this body wash in a little travel size, as I got it in one of my advent calendars, making it perfect for trying out a product or when your going away bag.

The last product I could live without out this Spring has been a hand cream. For some reason the UK weather just couldn’t make its mind up, it’s been boiling on minute and freezing the next. The sudden changed in temperature have made my hands so dry and sore so I have been religiously using the Zoella Winter Wonder Hand. The scent of this hand cream is gorgeous and its really helped my hand looking and feeling super soft and moisturised.
