One positive thing that has come out of lockdown is having time to really take care of my skin. Since having a baby six months ago and the colder weather setting in my skin has been playing up. I’ve purchased quite a few new skincare products over the last couple of month. I few of them have already found there way into my daily skincare routine so I thought I would do a little updated lockdown skincare routine.
Starting off at the beginning and my cleanser hasn’t changed. I’m still loving the *Beauty Pie Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser, it’s just so quick and easy to use. However, over the past couple of weeks, I have been using the *Foreo Luna Play, a couple of times a week. I love using it as a pamper and have been so impressed with how much cleaner my skin feels. After using the Foreo my skin feels so soft and instantly looks more glowy. I also love that its bright pink.
For the eyes, I have been using *The Inkey List Caffeine Serum to really help waken up my under eye. I normally use an eye gel from Lumene, as I really like something light under my eyes. This eye serum really does work, after using this product my under eyes looked brighter and a lot less tired. You can also pop it in the fridge to help reduce puff eyes. Amazing for those sleepless baby night.
There are two serums I use morning and evening. The first is the *Lumene Nordic-C Glow Boost Essence and then *The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. I’ve been on the hunt for months for a Vitamin C serum that wasn’t too expensive but really works. I love Lumene so decided to pick up the *Nordic-C Glow Boost Essence, now wish I bought it years ago. The texture is so light, feels like water on the skin, smells of orange and really packs a punch. My skin honestly looks so radiant and glowy after applying this product. It’s also really gentle on my skin. For a bit of hydration, I always apply *The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5. I’ve been using this for years and can’t see myself switching this product.
For moisturiser, I’m currently using the *Philosophy Renewed Hope Water Cream. I only use gel moisturisers now, I find they are so light on the skin with the perfect amount of hydration. With the temperature dropping my skin can become quite dry and crying out for some help. I’ve been using the *Dr Jart+ |Cicapair Tiger Grass Sleepaur Intensive Mask, it give it a helping hand. You just pop it on before bed and then wash it off in the morning. The mask is really lightweight forming a barrier on your face to help your skin repair itself overnight. The next morning you wake us with super soft refreshed skin.
So there’s my Lockdown Skincare Routine. Have you switched up your skincare since lockdown? I’d love to which products you currently can’t live without.

I’d really love to try the Foreo Luna Play as I’ve heard so many people rave about it! I’ve been trying to get a skincare routine together during lockdown too!

I love the Foreo play, the only thing that annoying about it is you have to hold down a button on the back when using it. It’s a great way of trying out a Foreo before investing in a rechargeable one x
I would love to try the Japanese Fusion Cleanser! I am currently using the Japanese Fusion Serum and it’s great! I am still on the hunt with my sister to get a Foreo as a present to ourselves to try it out! I read so many good things about it. Thanks for sharing x

THe Japanfusion Cleanser is brilliant, just a great all-round cleanser. I haven’t tried any other the other product in that range, but they sound amazing. I know THe Feelunique sell a wide range of Foreo’s otherwise you might be able to pick one up in the Christmas Sales x
